Amir Assali provides advice to numerous Israeli publicly traded companies in connection with all matters of Corporate Law and Israeli Securities Law, including raising capital in public offerings in Israel, private placements, securitization, debt financing arrangements, disclosure and corporate governance issues.

In addition, Amir advises companies, banks and individuals on a wide range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and on matters involving day-to-day commercial and corporate activities.

From 2001 to 2004 Amir was a member of the editorial board of Theoretical Inquiries in Law which is published by the Cegla Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the Law of Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law. The journal is ranked among the top three most cited legal theory and jurisprudence journals in the world and first among all non-US legal journals.

Between 2003 to 2004 Amir was the assistant to Prof. Shlomo Giora Shoham at the Tel-Aviv University.

Education:
Amir received his law degree from Tel-Aviv University in 2004 and his degree in Master of Commercial Law (LL.M.) (magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University, in the Executive International Masters Program in collaboration with University of California Berkeley, in 2009.
Bar Admission:
Amir was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2005.
