Daniel Marcovici is a partner with the firm's Corporate and Capital Market Groups and has been practicing law for more than 18 years.
Daniel specializes in all matters having to do with the management and operation of public companies, including public offerings, and handles mergers and acquisitions for both private and public corporations. Daniel also represents holdings and investments firms, Infrastructure and real estate companies, startups and other corporations, including one of Israel’s largest airlines.
Daniel advises on numerous issues, among them the performance of corporate governance procedures, stakeholder transactions and public companies' reporting obligations. He also represents clients before the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
As a lawyer who works with regulatory bodies on a regular basis, Daniel is well acquainted with their internal regulations, procedures and policies. This enables him to guide his clients through the relevant procedures swiftly and efficiently.
Daniel has assisted numerous clients in funding and financing their activities by issuing securities and has successfully managed numerous IPOs.
In addition to his M&A work, Daniel handles complex investment agreements and securities purchases. He regularly advices his clients during their day-to-day activities on matters such as participation in BODs and shareholder meetings.
Daniel graduated from the College of Management in 1995 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1996. He joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2006.
