Noam Meir's practice focuses on representation of Israeli and foreign venture capital funds as well as emerging growth companies in M&A transactions, “growth equity” and later-stage financings, venture lending and various other private equity transactions.

Noam also provides day-to-day consultation to hi-tech companies in different fields and in a variety of legal issues, including corporate governance, commercial and technology law, open source software and labor law.

Prior to joining Yigal Arnon & Co., Noam practiced law for several years in a leading Israeli firm.

Education:

Noam received his LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University in 2006 and earned his LL.M. in 2009, graduating from the European Master in Law & Economics program.

Bar Admission:

Noam was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2007.

Languages:

Noam is fluent in Hebrew and English and is conversant in Italian and French.
