Simon Weintraub is a partner in the firm's international corporate department, specializing in Hi-tech, Venture capital, and Banking and Finance.
 

Simon represents Israeli and international venture capital funds, angel investors, Israeli and foreign banks, emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations.
Simon's strong business orientation and natural skills for project management, enable his clients to feel secure and in control while placing their trust in him.
 

Simon represents both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, especially with respect to cross-border lending transactions. Simon has been involved in Israel’s largest project finance transactions in the field of oil and gas.
 

Along the years, Simon has also acquired experience in cross border International Real Estate transactions mostly in Europe including the purchasing and selling of large hotel portfolios.
Simon lectures regularly before clients and institutions regarding investing in start-ups.
 

Simon joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2008.
 

Education:
Simon received a degree magna cum laude in political science from York University of Toronto in 1995. He received his buisness law degree from Bar Ilan University in 1999.

Simon was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2000.
