Advocates Yarom Romem and Etai Kramer represented Momentum, a technology fund of Ramot (Tel Aviv University's technology transfer company) that invests in University R&D projects, in its final closing - raising a total of just under $23.5 million from investors that include Temasek (the Sovereign Fund of the government of Singapore and one of the largest funds in the world), Tata Group of India, and Sandisk.
