Shay Fahima's practice focuses on international taxation of corporations and individuals, and domestic taxation matters such as corporate taxation and value added tax. Shay has experience in representing and advising Israeli and non-Israeli clients on a range of Israeli and cross-border tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, reorganization and restructuring, and taxation of individuals and trusts. Shay's experience includes representing clients in front of the Israeli Tax Authority with respect to tax audits, tax assessments and other tax matters, as well as in obtaining tax rulings.
Shay served as a teaching assistant in taxation and high-tech courses in Tel-Aviv University and IDC Herzliya.
Shay received his LLB, at Haifa University in 2009.
Shay was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010.
