Roy Kedar specializes in international law, security, cyber and emerging technologies.
Roy served as the legal advisor in the Israeli national security council in the Prime minister's office, handling various legal issues in the field of international law, national security, counter-terrorism, terror financing and administrative law. Prior to that Roy served as an officer in the international law department in the IDF.
Roy's practice involves legal counsel to clients in the field of Blockchain, Crypto currencies and legal aspects related to the issuance of crypto currencies, also known as ICO or TGE.
Roy frequently contributes to various legal issues, including 3D printing, Cyber, Autonomous vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, virtual and augmented reality, Drones and IoT. He also teaches in the IDC and regularly lectures in these domains.
