Matan's practice focuses on commercial law, international commercial law, corporate law and securities law. Matan represents domestic and foreign clients, including large publicly traded enterprises, emerging companies, entrepreneurs, strategic investors and venture capital funds in a variety of complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings and IPOs.
Matan also provides ongoing legal consultation on issues that arise in the course of a corporation's business, on topics such as corporate governance, capital markets and general corporate and commercial matters.
Matan received his LL.B. in Law and Accounting at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2015. He was authorized as a Certified Public Accountant (Israel) in 2018 and admitted to the Israel Bar in 2020.
Matan is fluent in Hebrew and English.
