Noam Shochat's practice focuses on tender law, infrastructures and project financing and administrative law. He gained experience in tenders, infrastructure, contracts and communications from one of the largest public companies in Israel and also holds experience as a lawyer from a private law firm. Moreover, Noam is experienced in ongoing legal representation of projects in their various stages, including competing in tenders, representing bidders and concessionaires, drafting administrative petitions and appearing in court.
Noam received his LLB and B.A. (Economics) from Haifa University in 2012 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013. He joined the firm in 2019.
Noam is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
