Ofra Kruma

Together with her team Ofra leads all aspects of the human capital in the firm including: recruitment & retention, interns recruitment and onboarding, managers consulting, training & organizational development, employee experience and welfare - all in order to enable the firm and its employees to succeed and grow. Ofra joined the firm after holding various HR positions in several companies including Netafim, Gadot and Champion Motors. She holds BA & MA degrees and graduated several diploma programs - Organizational Counseling, Group Facilitation, Coaching and Positive Psychology. In her free time, Ofra practices Yoga and Pilates religiously and both became part of her lifestyle.
