Eyal Yacoby represents international, public and private corporations, as well as directors, officials, shareholders and high-net worth individuals in courts, arbitrations, negotiations and mediations, within complex commercial cases, concerning a variety of topics: real estate, communications, insurance, capital markets, high-tech, venture capital, banking, tenders, trusts, partnerships, private international law, inheritance and estates administration, Class Actions and Derivative Suits. Eyal also advises corporations, entrepreneurs and concessionaires regarding on-going matters, transactions and potential disputes.
During the years, Eyal gained experience, inter alia, handling cases which require special knowledge of finance and accounting, including representing corporations within arbitrations before senior accountants; representing clients concerning audits of the State Comptroller; and advising and representing corporations regarding proceedings according to the Freedom of Information Law.
Eyal received his LLB from Tel Aviv University (Magna cum laude) in 2007, and also graduated from the Department of History in Tel Aviv University (Magna cum laude) in the same year. In 2015 Eyal received his MBA (focus on Finance & Accounting) from Tel Aviv University.
Eyal was a member of the Tel-Aviv University Law Review, "Iyunei Mishpat", and served as a research assistant in Tel Aviv University in the fields of Partnerships, Corporate Law and Labor Law.
Eyal was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2008.
