"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile". Albert Einstein
As a leading law firm, Yigal Arnon & Co. recognizes and prides itself in its commitment to the community. We often provide our services pro bono, assisting non-profit organizations with questions of association, employment and structuring, and offering advice to low-income individuals with matters such as probate and tenant-landlord relationships. A few years ago, the Israel Bar Association founded Schar Mitzvah, a national pro bono legal assistance program. Our founder, Yigal Arnon, led the program, and our firm stands committed to it ever since. We have also been working for 15 years with another non-profit called “A Different Lesson”. Many of our lawyers and other employees work during one entire year with two classes of disenfranchised children, teaching them classes on various legal and social matters. The firm implements a matching policy for donations, contributing one shekel for each one contributed by an employee to any social purpose (education, health, welfare, culture). |

We ensure that our office is an inclusive place for persons of varying backgrounds and abilities. We are involved in a range of social-outreach programs:

The firm also provides services at reduced rates or pro bono to social outreach organizations, including the “Future” incubator (promotion of enterprises of people age 45+), support of women entrepreneurs, and assistance to TOM (technological solutions for people with disabilities). We believe these activities are an important contribution to our society, and feel that they support and enhance the professional development of our lawyers. |
