Boaz File is a highly-skilled litigator specializing in intricate commercial disputes, arbitration, administrative law, and banking law. His expertise extends to representing banks in a diverse range of legal matters, encompassing claims for and against the bank, class actions, creditor arrangements, liquidations, foreclosures, and asset freezing.

With substantial experience in litigation and arbitration, Boaz has successfully navigated cases related to residential and infrastructure projects, demonstrating proficiency in schedule-related issues. His approach involves resolving complex problems across various domains, with the assistance of engineering and financial experts.

Boaz is a key advocate for the firm’s major commercial clients, handling complex litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution cases. His extensive legal repertoire includes matters involving administrative law, petitions to the High Court of Justice, tenders, and education law.

Boaz earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1999. In 2008, he furthered his legal education by obtaining an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University in a joint program with the University of California, Berkeley. Admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000, Boaz joined the firm that same year, achieving partner status in 2007.
