Bio

Aner Hefetz specializes in planning and construction law, offering invaluable support to a wide range of clients, including prominent real estate and development companies in Israel. Throughout every step of the planning and construction journey, he provides his expertise, from property rezoning and conversion, to the approval of building plans and permits.

Aner is widely recognized for his skill as a litigator in matters related to planning and construction, often representing clients before a variety of planning commissions, including the High Court of Justice and district courts for administrative matters. He has valuable experience in property damage tort actions, betterment levy disputes and construction-related criminal proceedings. He also has special expertise in accessibility law – his article Accessibility Law Revolution in Israel, which summarizes the topic, was published in the Israeli real estate journal, Mekarkein – and extensive experience in non-profit organization law.

Aner joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2014.
