Inbar Hakimian-Nahari is a member of the Corporate Rehabilitation, Insolvency and Creditors’ rights practice group. Her professional activity includes, inter alia, involvement in large scale public and private companies debt arrangements and restructuring, liquidation, complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Inbar assist companies in difficulties in Israel and abroad involving cross-borders liquidation proceedings, including asset management and realization. Inbar also advice office-holders in the ‘zone of insolvency’ and conduct of investigations and legal proceedings against functionaries and controlling shareholders of collapsed companies.
Her areas of expertise are: restructuring and debt settlement, insolvency liquidation receivership and recovery, commercial corporate and securities litigation.
Inbar Hakimian-Nahari received her LLM at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in 2010 and her LLB and BA in Business Administration, at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in 2009 and she grants guest lectures and workshops for students at the College of Management and the Interdisciplinary Center. Inbar was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2010 and joined the firm in 2018.
