We are delighted to announce that the law firms of Yigal Arnon and Tadmor Levy are merging. The merger was announced on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, and will soon become effective.
 
With more than 420 lawyers and interns, the merged firm of Yigal Arnon – Tadmor Levy will be managed by an executive committee and management team comprised of representatives from both firms.
                     
The merged firm’s particular strengths include mergers and acquisitions, hi-tech, litigation, real estate, banking and commercial law. Leading practice areas also include competition and antitrust, project finance and energy, insolvency, zoning and planning, capital markets and securities, regulation, life sciences, taxation, labor law, sport law, private wealth, environmental law, municipal law and taxation, payment systems, telecom and media, aviation, transportation, and homeland security.

The merged firm will continue to be located at its current offices in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
