Michael Horowitz is an associate in the Corporate practice, specializing in international business transactions, corporate law, commercial transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. He routinely advises companies with respect to their day-to-day corporate affairs and procedures.
Michael received a B.A. in Economics and in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University (Cum Laude) in 2003. He received his LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya in 2013. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2013 and joined the firm in 2019.
