Noam Shochat’s practice focuses on tender law, infrastructure and project finance, and administrative law. He gained experience in tenders, infrastructure, contracts and communications from one of the largest public companies in Israel, and also has experience as a lawyer from a private law firm. Moreover, Noam is experienced in ongoing legal representation of clients in various stages of their projects, including competing in tenders, representing bidders and concessionaires, drafting administrative petitions, and appearing in court.
Having received his LL.B. and B.A. (economics) from the University of Haifa in 2012, Noam was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013. He joined the firm in 2019.
Noam is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
