Ofek Sinai’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including class actions and derivative actions, particularly in the fields of corporate law, securities, insurance law, and consumer law. He also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the field of consumer protection and product labeling.
Having received his LL.B., magna cum laude, and his B.A in government, magna cum laude, both from Reichman University in 2019, Ofek went on to earn an LL.M. with a specialization in civil-commercial law from Tel Aviv University in 2022. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2021 and joined the firm as an associate that year.
Prior to joining the firm, Ofek served as a teaching assistant for Prof. Amir Licht at Reichman University.
Ofek is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
