Moshe's practice focuses on commercial law, including corporate law, capital markets and securities law. In that respect, Moshe represents in wide array of matters, including M&A transactions, investment and financing transactions, drafting of commercial agreements, as well as in IPO's and in other matters relating to capital and debt raising on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Moshe also provides both public and privately held companies with ongoing legal advice on various matters of corporate law, securities law, corporate governance and other relevant regulation.
In addition, Moshe provides legal advice to various financial institutions, including foreign corporations, on various matters of banking law and financial regulation.
Moshe received his LL.B, cum laude, and his B.A in Economics (Major in Finance) at the College of Management Academic Studies in 2016.
During his studies Moshe served as editorial staff member and website editor of Hapraklit Law Review, also, he served as research and teaching assistant.
Moshe was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2017.
