Roey Sasson focuses on civil and commercial litigation, where he represents clients in cases adjudicated in courts, arbitration, and mediation, including in complex corporate litigation (derivative actions, securities litigation, etc.), cross-border litigation, commercial litigation in many fields (contracts, real estate, banking), class actions, defamation law, and administrative law.
In 2012, Roey received an LL.B., summa cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LL.M. from NYU School of Law, where he studied as a Fulbright scholar, in 2015. He also holds an MBA, with a specialization in finance and banking, which he earned summa cum laude, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Prior to joining the firm, Roey clerked for the honorable Justice Asher Grunis, President of the Israeli Supreme Court. He joined the firm as a lawyer in 2013 and became a partner in 2021.
Roey is the author of several articles in the areas of civil and public law. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
