Royi Heilig is a member of the firm’s Tax Department, and specializes in corporate taxation, international taxation, capital market taxation, value-added tax and other indirect taxes, individual taxation, real estate taxation, and tax arrangements for venture capital funds, as well as taxation of trust and wealth management. He assists clients – including international entities and some of Israel’s leading companies – with a diverse range of tax services, including the submission of applications for preliminary taxation decisions (pre-rulings), and legal tax support regarding M&A transactions, writing professional tax legal opinions in English and Hebrew, performing tax due diligence, providing consulting services regarding complex tax issues, including assisting clients in efficiently planning their local and international operations in order to minimize their tax liabilities.
