Samuel's practice focuses on the representation of hi-tech startups, established companies, multinational corporations and venture capital funds, with an emphasis on private equity financings, strategic investments, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Samuel also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the course of a corporation’s business such as corporate governance, private equity financing and other commercial matters.
Samuel received his LLB at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2020 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2022.
In addition, Samuel received his B.A in Business Administration at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2020.
Samuel is fluent in English and Hebrew.
