Shira’s practice focuses on the representation of startups and established corporations, venture capital funds, and multinational companies, with an emphasis on private financings, commercial transactions, strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions.
She also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the course of a corporation’s business, on topics such as corporate governance, commercial law, and technology regulation.
Shira has additional experience representing companies in commercial transactions in the high-tech sphere, including aspects related to licensing, intellectual property, corporate partnering and distribution.
Shira completed her LLB, cum laude, at Bar Ilan University in 2014. She also received a BA in Communications & Journalism and in English Literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2006.
Shira was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2015.
