Yaara Seri's practice focuses on matters involving intellectual property, licensing, privacy law, commercial law and corporate law.
Yaara has represented companies in the biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, she represents clients in matters involving the Israeli Innovation Authority (the IIA, formerly known as the OCS).
Yaara received her LLB in law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2020. During her studies, she served as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Prof. Yael Ronen's course on private international law, which was offered at the Academic College of Law and Science. Subsequently, Yaara has enrolled at the Hebrew University as an LLM candidate, specializing in intellectual property law, expected to complete in 2024.
She was admitted to the Israel Bar Association at the beginning of 2023 and joined the firm as a lawyer immediately thereafter.
