Zahava Moerdler represents both Israeli and international clients, including private and public companies, venture capital funds and strategic investors, in various issues, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, venture lending deals, and commercial transactions.
Zahava also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues to companies, including startups, in matters such as corporate governance and commercial matters.
Zahava received a B.A. in History from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2013 and a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2017. In addition, she holds an M.A. in Holocaust Studies from Haifa University.
Zahava was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2021, and is also admitted to practice in New York.
