Advs. Kobi Ben Chitrit, David Roness, Ido Sella and intern Raviv Finer represented Agritask in raising $26 million. Agritask is an Israeli agricultural optimization company that monitors over 50 different crop types across more than two million hectares of land in over 35 countries worldwide.

Advs. Kobi Ben Chitrit, David Osborne, Liron Hacohen, Shai Margalit, Chaim Cohen and interns Tani Sterman and Yaara Seri represented Windward, an Israeli company that has developed artificial intelligence-based forecasting technology for the maritime trade industry, in it's LSEG IPO (LON:WNWD). Yigal Arnon represented Windward since formation. 

Advs. Kobi Ben-Chitrit and Liron Hacohen, together with Barry Levenfeld, Eli Greenbaum, Ofir Levy, Ben Sandler, Aaron Shaw, Miriam Friedmann, Neta Goshen Brami, Ofir Paz and Ido Sella and intern Tani Sterman represented Valmont Industries, Inc. in its acquisition of Prospera Technologies, in one of the largest and most prominent deals in the field of agritech.
 

Advs. Kobi Ben-Chitrit, Gil Oren and David Roness acted for Allied (owner of Champion Motors, among other assets) and Yaron Gazith (owner of Globrands cigarette importation company) in their acquisition of 50% of the rights to the Israeli franchisee of the global shipping giant UPS. Allied and Gazith acquired the shares from existing shareholders of the company at a company valuation of 170 million NIS. Their partner who will remain a 50% shareholder is the Livnat family. Advocates Ronit Amir-Yaniv and Ron Guttman assisted with the anti-trust aspects of the transaction.
