Pocared Diagnostics Secures a EUR 22 Million EIB Backing

Congratulations to Pocared Diagnostics, on completing a € 22 million financing deal from the European Investment Bank, in order to complete Pocared's development and commercialization of its rapid diagnostic solutions. We are proud to present Pocared as the latest milestone in its mission to revolutionize the diagnosis of infected countries. Many thanks to our dedicated team for their contribution to this deal! The YA team was led by: Yuri Kreisberg, Simon Weintraub, Adrian Daniels, Nimrod and Roman, Josh Hauser, Idan Adar and intern Yitzhak Blair.

Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Zooz in its sale to PayU

Advs. Ezra Gross, Barak Platt, Joeri Kreisberg, Ben Sandler, Nimrod Vromen, Dr. Eran Lempert, Eli Greenbaum, Shay Fahima, Shira Teger, Netanella Treistman, Nataly Damary and the intern Gilad Lindfeld represented the startup Zooz in its sale to the European financial services giant PayU, subsidiary of Naspers.

LinX Imaging is a Zikhron Yaakov based company and has developed miniature cameras for smartphones and tablets.
