Dun & Bradstreet ranks Yigal Arnon & Co. in 18 practice areas – placing the firm as one of Israel’s leading law firms

According to Dun & Bradstreet's 2013 Israeli law firm quality rankings by practice, Yigal Arnon & Co. is ranked in 18 practice areas and is one of Israel’s leading law firms.
Dun & Bradstreet ranked Yigal Arnon & Co. as a "leading law firm" (Tier 1) in 11 of the most important practice areas: Mergers & Acquisitions, High-Tech, Real Estate & Construction, Project Finance & Infrastructure, International Commercial, Banking, Capital Markets & Public Offerings, Commercial Litigation, Class Actions, Venture Capital, and Administrative law.  In addition, the firm was ranked as a "prominent law firm" (Tier 2) in: Tax, Telecommunication, Restructuring & Insolvency, Family Wealth Management, Building & Construction, and Debt arrangements; and as "recognized" (Tier 3) in Labor Law. Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Allscripts Healthcare in its acquisition of dbMotion for US$ 235 million.

Advocates Barry Levenfeld, Ben Sandler, Avigail Frisch and Zohar Nevo represented Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc., a global leader in IT services for the healthcare industry, in its purchase of dbMotion Ltd., and Israeli company from an aggregate purchase price of approx. $235 million.  The transaction officially closed on March 4, 2013.

Advocates David Schapiro, Peter Sugarman and Jonathan Pail represented Telrad Network Ltd., in its acquisition of Alvarion Ltd., an optimized wireless broadband solutions developer, for $6.1 million. The transaction between Alvarion and Telrad is due to be completed in the second quarter of 2013.
