Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Broadcom Corporation, a major technology innovator and global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, together with Latham & Watkins LLP, in Broadcom's acquisition of Dune Networks Inc. for approximately $180 million.

Advs. David Schapiro and Eliran Furman represented Siemens AG, a global powerhouse in electronics and electrical engineering, operating in the industry, energy and healthcare sectors, in the purchase of all the outstanding shares of Solel Solar Systems Ltd., a private Israeli company, with advanced technology for the production of thermal solar energy, for approximately $420 million.
