Advs. Micki Shapira and Michael Horowitz represented the credit card companies Cal (Israel Credit Cards) and Diners in their agreements with Google and with the various banks with whom Cal and Diners issue credit cards for the purpose of interfacing with the Google Pay service. Separately, attorneys Yuval Shalheveth and Itamar A. Cohen represented Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank in its agreements with the various credit card companies in in order to interface with the Google Pay service.

Advs. Micki Shapira, Michael Horowitz and intern Or Griess represented Mivtach Shamir Energy in a cooperation agreement in the field of battery energy storage systems with the Chinese company, Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd, one of the largest energy companies in the world. With this transaction, Mivtach Shamir enters the field of energy storage, which is now considered to be an important field with worldwide growth, given the need for solar field operators and wind turbines to provide cheap and available electricity despite their fluctuating ability to generate power.

Advs. Yulia Lazbin, Kobi Ben Chitrit, Eyal Safrai, Ido Sella and intern Raviv Finer represented Overwolf, who raised $75 million from a16z, to further empower game studios and in-game creators.  

Advs. Yarom Romem, Yulia Lazbin, ELan Loshinsky together with interns Tani Sterman, Yaara Seri and Michael Portman represented growth equity firm PSG in its investment in Lusha Systems, a crowd-sourced data community, bringing the company’s valuation to $1.5 billion.
