BizLabs Technology Scalerator launched another cycle with eight new projects

For the fourth year in a row, we're pleased to support the BizLabs Technology Scalerator, which recently launched another cycle with eight new projects. Bizlabs is a technology incubator in Jerusalem that operates at Bizmax - the ultra orthodox innovation center, which supports ultra orthodox entrepreneurs. Adv. Ezra Gross gave the new entrepreneurs a lecture on fundraising issues.

Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Shapir in its acquisition 53% of Till 120 sheltered housing network

Advs. David Schapiro, Eliran Furman, Lior Cohen Goldstein and intern Yaakov Sapir represented Shapir Engineering in its acquisition of  53% of Till 120 from The Phoenix at a valuation of NIS 1.35 billion. On completion of the deal, Shapir will hold (directly and indirectly) 53% of Till 120, while The Phoenix will remain with 47%. The two sides will sign a shareholders agreement regulating the relationship between them, giving Shapir control of the company while The Phoenix will have certain minority rights.

Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Generation Capital in their investment in Porterbrook

Advs. David Schapiro, Nitzan Kahana and Evyatar Katz, together with intern Yaakov Sapir, represented the infrastructure and energy fund Generation Capital in its acquision, together with the British investment fund Dalmore Capital Limited, of 30% of Porterbrook, one of the largest British rolling stock companies, with a fleet of about 4,000 trains (about 25% of passenger trains in the UK).
