Administrative Law

Overview

The Administrative Law Department at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy is one of the most experienced in Israel in filing administrative petitions and administrative appeals to the Supreme Court, as well as defending against such petitions, across a variety of fields.

Our unique specialization in this area is tender law – drafting complex tender documents, accompanying tender committees or participants in tender processes, and representing clients in litigation that sometimes results from tenders. We have been involved in several fundamental petitions, leading to landmark decisions that have become guiding principles in tender law, including those related to the privatization of prisons in Israel.

Our considerable experience also includes: representing clients before the government, authorities, the Supreme Court sitting as the High Court of Justice, appeal committees, public bodies in tender processes, and in all matters related to tender law; appearing in appeal proceedings in the Administrative Court; defending against administrative actions; and submitting applications for permits and licenses as required by law.

In light of this extensive experience, our Administrative Law team has been an active participant in legislative processes before various Knesset committees.
