The firm also represents a large number of startups and high-tech companies in the sports field. Additionally, a partner in the firm has been leading the National Sports Committee of the Israel Bar Association for several years and presides over the Tel Aviv District Sports Committee of the Bar Association. Some of the firm’s other partners also hold key positions on the Bar Association’s Sports Committee.

Sport-Tech

We represent dozens of startups in the sport-tech sector, in a wide range of matters such as management and registration of leagues and teams, digital marketing, medical equipment, smart stadiums, video and smart cameras, customer experience and fan engagement, performance improvement, injury prevention, smart wearables, gaming, and e-sports. We have been involved in establishing several sport-tech accelerators, and have long represented the Colosseum sports accelerator, which organizes the annual international Sports Tech Nation conference.

We strive to connect our sport-tech clients with sports teams and clubs, providing ongoing legal advice and assisting in fundraising and investments. Our experienced lawyers provide legal counsel in areas of commercial law, securities, regulation, labor law, tax, antitrust, intellectual property, and if necessary, litigation.

Associations, Unions, Teams, and Nonprofits

We advise associations, federations, centers, sports teams, and clubs, assisting them in contractual and management matters, including board of directors’ meetings for companies and non-profits, drafting bylaws, compliance assistance, regulatory advice, and enforcement of disciplinary regulations. Additionally, we represent athletes, coaches, and referees in negotiations with sports organizations and teams, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
