Eli is the CFO of the firm and is responsible for the financial management of the firm, developing and assimilating models to improve the firm's business activities and preparing decision-supporting reports for management and partners. Eli is a member of the firm's IT Committee and is part of the IT planning at the firm. Eli leads a multi-year project to integrate ERP and BI systems in the office, which will upgrade the way information is managed, processed, used and disseminated to decision makers. Eli is a certified accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Finance and Information Systems from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Eli is married to Michal and father to Lior, Nitzan and Amit. In his spare time, Eli volunteers at the Shiluv Institute, travels, produces wine and is active in sports.

Shiri Menache is the Head of Marketing & Business Development at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy. Shiri manages all business development processes including marketing, brand management, public relations, social media, collaborations, as well as local and international strategy. Prior to her current position, Shiri served as the Business Development Manager at the accounting firm KPMG - Somech Chaikin and before that filled several consulting and marketing positions at the accounting firm PWC.
Shiri received a bachelor's degree in economics and communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master's degree in business administration, with a specialization in marketing, from Bar Ilan University.
Merav is the firm's Operations and Administrative Staff Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in managing law firms. Prior to that, Merav managed companies in the field of education. She holds a BA with distinction from the University of Haifa.
