Eli is the CFO of the firm and is responsible for the financial management of the firm, developing and assimilating models to improve the firm's business activities and preparing decision-supporting reports for management and partners. Eli is a member of the firm's IT Committee and is part of the IT planning at the firm. Eli leads a multi-year project to integrate ERP and BI systems in the office, which will upgrade the way information is managed, processed, used and disseminated to decision makers. Eli is a certified accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Finance and Information Systems from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Eli is married to Michal and father to Lior, Nitzan and Amit. In his spare time, Eli volunteers at the Shiluv Institute, travels, produces wine and is active in sports.

Noa is the Head of Business Development and Innovation at Yigal Arnon & Co.. She has overall responsibility for business development, marketing, brand management, PR & communications, international strategy, new business and growth opportunities. Noa is also in charge of identifying and implementing new ways for the firm to continuously improve and excel in the practice of law and the business of law. Noa started her career as an associate at Yigal Arnon & Co., following which she proceeded to management and consulting positions in Israel and in Australia, where she gained extensive experience in strategic, business and organizational aspects of management. Noa has an LLB from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA from Curtin University of Technology in West Australia.

Ofra joined the firm after holding various HR positions in several companies including Netafim, Gadot and Champion Motors. In her free time, Ofra practices Yoga and Pilates religiously and both became part of her lifestyle.

Eran Liuzzi is the firm's CIO. Eran has overall responsibility for computer systems, infrastructure, communications, information security and business continuity. Eran also examines and analyzes the office's needs and integrates advanced technologies to improve the organizational IT system. Eran has many years of experience in managing information systems in the financial and legal fields, and for several years was a lecturer at a computer science school. Eran is certified by the Bureau of Systems Analysts in Israel as an Information Systems Analyst and by the Technion as a Senior Systems Manager.
