Yigal Arnon & Co. represented OpenRest in its acquisition by Wix.com

Advs. David Schapiro, Peter Sugarman and Guy Lachmann represented OpenRest,  a provider of online ordering and mobile solutions for restaurants, in the acquisition of all its shares by Wix.com. OpenRest offers restaurant owners an easy-to-implement, turn-key system enabling online menu and order management, native mobile app development and payment processing. Advs. Ofir Levy and Shai Fahima assisted with tax related issues.

Yigal Arnon & Co. represented Fabrix Systems Ltd. in its sale to Ericsson for $ 95 million

Advs. Kobi Ben Chitrit, Liron Hacohen and Noam Enk represented Fabrix Systems Ltd. in its sale to Ericsson (Telefonaktiebolaget L.M. Ericsson) (NASDAQ:ERIC), the Swedish multinational provider of communications technology and services, for $ 95 million. Advs. Ofir Levy and Shai Fahima assisted with tax related issues.

Yigal Arnon & Co. represented the Google case "Right to be Forgotten"

Advocates Barak Tal , Ruth Loven and Yonat Afriat Manna represented Google in a precedential case arguing that Google is not obliged to remove a search result when demanded to do so by a certain person, when the information is not to his liking. The court accepted the argument and determined that Google cannot act as a "super censor" in these cases, and hold the liability to deny freedom of information.

Advocates Barak S. Platt, Ben Sandler, Ofir Levy, Daniel Green, Eli Greenbaum and Nimrod Vromen represented Clarity Ray, an Israeli startup company developing tools helping publishers and networks identify and prevent ad-fraud, in its acquisition by Yahoo!.
Adv. Kobi Ben Chitrit and Liron Hacohen represented the Company's lead investor, Mr. Saar Wilf.
Clarity Ray's employees will be used by Yahoo! to form its new local R&D hub focusing on internet search frauds.

Our firm hosted a delegation of Australian businessmen led by Mr Cameron Clyne, CEO of the National Australia Bank and with the participation of executives from top-tier Australian companies. The group's visit was organized by the Israel-Australia Chamber of Commerce and Adv. Micha Tollman of our firm, who specializes on the Australian market and worked for several years in Sidney, Australia, in leading global law firms. The event focused on collaboration in the fields of cyber-security, bigdata, fintech and biotech and included a lecture by Adv. Barry Levenfeld of our firm concerning investment and business opportunities in Israel.
