Yigal Arnon & Co. represented the public sector in the financial closing of a 3 billion NIS thermal solar project

Advs. Doron Tamir and Ariel Oseason acted for the public sector in the 3 billion NIS financial closing of the Ashalim thermal solar project between the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources and Megalim Solar Power Ltd. (a company formed by BrightSource, Alstom and NOY Fund). The power plant will feature Brightsource's concentrating solar power (CSP) tower technology and will generate around 320 gigawatt-hours annually. Yigal Arnon & Co. has accompanied the project as well as two other big BOT thermal solar projects from earliest stages.
