Dr. Eran Lempert

Eran Lempert, co-head of the tax department at Yigal Arnon & Co., specializes in taxation, international taxation and tax litigation. Eran has extensive experience in representing and advising multinationals and high net worth individuals on a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including the taxation of trusts and estates, merger and acquisition transactions and real estate investments. In addition, Eran represents clients in audits and other tax disputes with the Israeli Tax Authority, including negotiation of tax rulings and settlements with the Tax Authority.

Shira Teger

Shira’s practice focuses on the representation of startups and established corporations, venture capital funds, and multinational companies, with an emphasis on private financings, commercial transactions, strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions.

She also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the course of a corporation’s business, on topics such as corporate governance, commercial law, and technology regulation.

Rachel Lerman

Rachel Lerman specializes in real estate, planning and construction and commercial law.

Her experience includes real estate transactions, financing agreements and ongoing legal treatment of real estate corporations in a variety of commercial matters. 

Rachel received her law degree as well as a B.A in Business Administration, from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzeliya in 2013.

Rachel also holds an M.B.A (Specialization in Real Estate Management) from Tel Aviv University.

Rachel was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2015.

Itamar A. Cohen

Itamar Cohen's practice focuses on several aspects of commercial and civil law, including drafting agreements and providing ongoing legal counseling to various corporate entities.
In addition, Itamar assists various private clients in the field of planning and management of family wealth, inter alia towards intergenerational financial transfers.

Itamar received his LLB in 2013 and his MBA (majored in finance and banking) in 2014, both under an integrated program for outstanding students at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Guy Fatal

Guy Fatal specializes in real estate law, planning and construction law, and commercial law. Inter alia, Guy assists real estate projects throughout: acquisition of land rights, investment, sharing and management agreements, associations with contractors, consultants and suppliers, financing agreements, collaborations with government and municipal entities, sale or rental of units and their delivery to purchasers or tenants and registration of real estate rights.
