IHS Markit was a customer of Capitech, and decided to acquire it. The firm has represented Capitech for a number of years, and also accompanied it in its 2018 Series A investment round. Capitech, a privately held Israeli company, provides robust regulatory reporting, best execution analysis and business intelligence solutions, and will continue to operate under IHS Markit.

Advs. Micki Shapira, Daniel Green and Sophy Litvin represented Fosun Health Fund (the venture capital arm of Fosun Pharma) in an exclusive license and supply agreement with Raziel Therapeutics to develop and commercialize Raziel's proprietary RZL-012, an injection used for reducing double chins, in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan for milestone payments of up to $74 million plus tiered royalties on future sales. Intel plans to use Moovit’s technology to expand the services it offers via Mobileye, the autonomous car company that it acquired for $15.3 billion in 2017. Advs. Ben Sandler, David Roness, Ira Evental, Ofir Levy and Chaim Cohen represented Quotient Technology in its acquisition of the Israeli start-up Ubimo. The Tel Aviv-based company has developed location-indexing technology to improve the effectiveness of media campaigns.
Advs. Micki Shapira, Shai Margalit, Amit Zomer-Fedida, Chen Lanir and our intern Azaria Sorek represented the Union Group, importer of Toyota in Israel, in its acquisition of Danziv Handling Solutions Ltd. This transaction is in accordance with Toyota's global policy of consolidating its activities in the forklift industry and in storage solutions.
Advs. David Schapiro, Eliran Furman and Vered Glaubach and the intern Eviatar Katz, represented IIF (Israel Infrastructure Fund) which acquired, jointly with Cellcom, 70% of the internet infrastructure company Israel Broadband Corporation (IBC, known as Unlimited). In a complementary transaction, they represented IBC in the acquisition of the fiber-optic infrastructure for internet connection from Cellcom. Moreover, a first of its kind IRU agreement was signed between IBC and Cellcom to provide internet services to the latter's customers.

Solabia Group (incorporated as Societe La Biochimie Appliquee SA), is a French producer of natural ingredients for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
